Expedited Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS services for shipping methods such as 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Overnight. This is calculated based on both weight and dimensions and to the destination. If you would like to know exact shipping rates feel free to call or email us with your zip along with the item(s) and we will be happy to calculate the rate for you. The cut off time for expedited services is 1pm EST Monday - Friday.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and have discounted rates for 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping to most areas within these states and provinces. Call or email us for our special rates on shipping to these areas.
Order Processing
Orders are usually take one to three business days to process before being shipped. In most cases, your orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from the shipping. To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps: 1. Time an order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours. 2. The actual processing time of the order. 3. The delivery time of the shipping company. Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 10am to 5pm EST to assist you in any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.
In most cases an order can take from one to three business days to process before the shipping procedure is started. In the event that the address information is entered incorrectly at the time ordering, it will then be corrected by UPS or USPS. Under this circumstance there will be an additional charge made to the card holder’s account for this correction. This charge will only take place in the event of a data entry error on the part of the customer. This charge will be credited only after the order has left our warehouses and we have been billed by UPS or USPS for the error. For these types of charges, each case will be thoroughly investigated to insure that the error was not made by our shipping staff.
